Venus

The energy supplement for transition and early lactation dairy cows

Introduction to the Product

About Venus

Reducing the energy gap in transition and early lactation cows is the foundation of profitable milk production. Venus is a unique blend of fatty acids derived from highly digestible oils combined with glycerene to give a highly palatable free flowing meal, ideal for incorporation in all dry cow diets which ensures cows move smoothly into lactation by:
• Increasing overall energy supply
• Supplying essential nutrients direct to the liver
• Reducing the risk of fatty livers
• Reducing levels of BHBs and NEFAs in the blood
• Boosting the immune system
Together these mean:
• Reduced body condition score losses
• Improved intakes
• Higher milk yields
• Lower levels of SARA
• Greater reproductive efficiency
• Improved health
