About Dynalac

Ensuring adequate energy intakes and supplying the
essential fatty acids that cows need are the bedrock
of efficient milk production.
Dynalac is a carefully formulated blend of fatty acids
derived from highly digestible oils combined with
glycerine to give a highly palatable free flowing meal,
ideal for incorporation in all dairy diets, regardless of
stage of lactation which ensures cows milk to their
potential by:

• Increasing overall energy supply

• Supplying the essential fatty acids that cows have
to receive via the diet

• Providing EPA & DHA Omega-3 oils from the most
effective marine oil source

• Complementing high forage diets

• Reducing the risk of fatty livers

• Boosting the immune system to improve overall
health and efficiency

Together these mean:
• Improved intakes
• Higher milk yields
• Reduced body condition score losses
• Greater reproductive efficiency
• Lower levels of SARA
• Healthier, more profitable cows

Features & Benefits

Feature Benefit
Contains soft highly digestible oils Increases energy utilisation
Contains long chain Omega 3 fatty acids from marine oil Improves immune system. Increases progesterone – thepregnancy maintenance hormone
Supplements forages in the diet 60% of milk fat comes from rumen VFAs and Dynalac supports effective rumen performance
High energy density Boosts overall energy intakes so reducing risk of body condition loss

Why does Dynalac deliver these benefits?

The unique combination of fatty acids helps meet the energy needs of milking cows, while supplying the specific nutrients required for optimum performance at a time when intakes are suppressed.

- The fats in Dynalac contain three times the energy content of carbohydrate based feeds such as cereals and beet pulp

- Being rumen-inert they can be included with no risk of acidosis

- They are sourced from vegetable oils such as soya and rape which means they are highly digestible and more efficiently utilised than hard fats, meaning cows utilise more of the energy

- Omega 3 from marine sources is proven to have a positive effect on fertility
